What this website collects automatically
Server logs only. There are no forms, no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party scripts on any page of this site. The hosting provider records ordinary server logs (IP address, page requested, time) to run the service, and nothing else is collected.
What the mailbox collects
What you write to us: your name, practice or organization, contact details, and the message. We use it only to reply and to run the engagement you asked about. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a list.
Patient information
Do not send patient information by email. Before any identifiable health information moves, we sign a Business Associate Agreement with the clinic and provide an encrypted upload link. Under California's Confidentiality of Medical Information Act, the reviewing pharmacist is a provider of health care with a personal duty of confidentiality, and, where Baylight acts as a clinic's business associate, we carry our own obligations under HIPAA.
Retention
Email we keep for as long as needed to run the engagement and meet our record-keeping obligations. Clinical files are returned or destroyed at the end of an engagement as the agreement provides, with written confirmation on request.

Email hello@baylighthealth.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where the law allows.
